DTG's Innovation Team reviews the submitted problem statements, discusses with the concerned Organization/Dept/Agency to prepare the final copy of the Problem Statement for publishing.
Final Problem Statements will be published on the DTG Portal (or InnoSmart Platform) with the schedule(from registration, evaluation to awarding the PO) of the entire open challenge to accept ideas/prototypes/solutions from Innovators (or Companies that are either Startups or MSMEs or SMEs or Academic Professors or Freelance professionals).
DTG's Jury panel reviews the applications submitted and calls for live pitch sessions (either physical or online) to assess the technical & commercial feasibility of the solution. Shortlisted Innovators will be informed for the next round of evaluation.
DTG's distinguished Innovation Committee, along with representatives of the concerned Organization/Dept/Agency, reviews the shortlisted Innovators for the final round of discussion to select the winners of the Open Challenge (OC).
DTG announces the final winners of the OC, and the concerned Organization/Dept/Agency releases the purchase order.
